Kim Kardashian has met for the first time, the grandmother who she helped free from prison for the first time. The pair were seen cuddling up together on Johnson’s couch as they prepared for their first joint TV interview.
The reality star visited Alice Johnson at her Memphis, Tennessee home on Wednesday, one week after the 63-year-old was released from jail following Kardashian’s personal plea for the president to commute her life sentence.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian on Monday were christened with “Ugandan” names, after they gave President, Yoweri Museveni a pair of sneakers, at a meeting aimed at promoting tourism in East Africa.
Days after a meeting with U.S. President, Donald Trump at the White House, a more subdued West presented Yoweri Museveni with a pair of white sports shoes made by his own company that he and Kardashian then signed with a marker pen.
The couple arrived on Friday and are staying at a luxury safari lodge in a national park that boasts spectacular waterfalls and wild game including buffaloes, antelopes, lions, giraffes and warthogs.
Museveni’s office said the president gave the U.S. entertainment stars Ugandan names.

Rapper Offset is giving his new wife, Cardi B a very expensive necklace, charm bracelet and Kulture’s name emblazoned on a set of earrings.
Offset reached out to Pristine Jewelers’ owners, Avi and Ofir 2 months ago to plan something special for Cardi’s 26th birthday.
The 3 pieces are 100 carats strong in diamonds. Offset flew out the jewelers to personally hand over the cache to Cardi, who couldn’t contain herself and flaunted the sparkle at parties last weekend.
Cardi also sported the new bling Saturday night when she performed at Drake’s concert. TMZ was told Offset dropped over six figures. Recall that Offset gave Cardi a Lambo earlier this month.
Society of Nigerian Artists joins MUSON to celebrate 22nd Music Festival
The Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA) in active partnership with the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) on the special occasion of its 22ndMusical Festival, presents “Music Meets Art” a 3-part programme, to celebrate the unique interrelations between art and music.
Starting from October 17th to October 28th, the event will feature an Art Exhibition, Awards Dinner and Art Auction at the MUSON Centre Lagos.
The Art Exhibition which commenced with a nation-wide call for entries is set to feature portraits of celebrated musical composers and artists (living and deceased), as well as works inspired by dance, festivals and music. The highlight of this exhibition will be a 7-year compilation showcase by renowned artist, Diseye Tantua about artists living in Ghana and Nigeria; their working lives, thinking processes and inspiration as well as artworks done by Sickle Cell patients to support the fight against Sickle Cell Anaemia.
An Awards dinner will be held in honour of celebrated artist, Kolade Oshinowo to mark his 70th birthday anniversary. The Dinner will recognise and honour individuals who have promoted the visual arts in the past year. It will also serve as a launching pad to unveil the SNA’s Hall of Fame, a memorial to celebrated musicians and artists.
The Art Auction of select pieces from the exhibition will raise funds towards achieving the SNA’s objectives including a new secretariat and an academic journal.
The 10-day celebration is expected to play host to eminent personalities from the African Arts Industry, Embassies,
High commissions, arts enthusiasts, students and the general public at large.
